Absolutely Terrible I had recently taken a tour with this company and had a terrible experience. For the 8 day trip, our tour guide was absolutely terrible. He should be fired forever. He was very rude and did not disclose any information, keeping to himself for the majority of the trip. On the final day of the trip, we were taken to the Olympic National Park. We were charged 35$ per adult, with a huge amount of people in our tour. However, we were not even taken inside the park! I had witnessed a separate group from a differing travel agent charged 200$ flat for the entire bus. Me and my family had been cheated, as the tour guide had taken our group to a FREE area without admission fee, yet charging 35$ a person. We were completely scammed
纵横旅游确实很差。 导游骗顾客。比如公园门票收35美元。其实大巴车公园最多只收200美元。 如果因为天气不能进园游览，他们也收钱。态度不好。客服不好，就是要钱要钱！！！！ 千万别去。你看到的好评都是他们自己写的。
