We experienced significant delays due to an ineffective and shady seller's agent, got caught up with necessary documents not being released, and more. Apple helped us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, even in areas that weren't part of her responsibilities. I loved that she was communicative and quick to respond. She never pressured us to do anything we were uncomfortable with, but gave us several options. Aside from her masterful knowledge of the realm of real estate, her attitude is always positive, making the process that much brighter. She always showed up early to showings, final walkthroughs, etc. and even gifted us a homewarming present to congratulate us on the closing!!! just wow. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family who are looking to buy a home.
