至于他们所说的如果不满意可以找高层管理，那完全是一句空话。付了款之后，他们就彻底把我们抛在一边，没有任何的帮助或者支持。

I can't express enough the disappointment I have with this law firm that my aunt hired. Our experience was nothing short of horrible. Their approach to preparing documents was utterly unprofessional, and they seemed to have outdated law knowledge that was far from current standards.
Once we paid for their services, communication practically halted. We never received a single call for updates or further discussions. It was as if they disappeared off the face of the earth after getting our money.
Things took a turn for the worse when we attempted to cancel their services and ask for a refund. They conjured up various reasons to deny our request, even resorting to threats, which is incredibly unprofessional and unethical.
Let's not even start on the front desk service. The old lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, it was like talking to a brick wall. She displayed no compassion or understanding for our concerns.
Lastly, their claim about reaching out to higher management for any dissatisfaction was a complete sham. After payment, we were left high and dry, without any support or assistance. All in all, a truly dreadful experience.
