Hi there!We’re currently looking for a male roommate to join our apartment.
The current tenants are all guys with regular schedules, quiet, and tidy.
The room available is a secondary bedroom in a spacious townhouse on the third floor (the first and second floors are occupied by the landlord’s family).
The shared living space is large and completely open — no partitions at all.
The kitchen is fully equipped and great for cooking.
We’re hoping to find someone who is:
• Male, ideally an international student who has graduated,
• Working full-time and can pay rent on time,
• Clean, easygoing, and around our age (late 20s to late 30s),
• Any ethnicity is welcome,
• No pets, no overnight guests, and no parties, please.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet, much better for sleeping than Manhattan!
The location is in Maspeth, Queens, right next to the Q18 and Q47 bus stops.
There’s also a laundromat conveniently located right downstairs.
Rent is small one $900 + utilities
large one $1100 + utilities
— very affordable for the space and environment.
