Location: Near 65th Street Bay Parkway (Brooklyn)
Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday；9-5:30）
Job responsibilities:
communicate with oversea agent and clients, receiving and filing new shipping documents
Tracking status, follow up and notify agent and client of any updates
Fulfill the agent and client shipping instructions to provide precision delivery and warehousing services
Resolve any issues of shipments, communicate with clients and oversee agents in timely manner
Skill requirement:
Efficient in both English and Chinese, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Familiar with Microsoft office applications
