Senior Drafter / Drafting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Drafter / Drafting Manager to lead and oversee our drafting team, ensuring efficiency and the production of high-quality technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a team of drafters, ensuring accuracy and productivity.
• Review drawings for compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to streamline workflows.
• Develop and enhance drafting standards, processes, and software utilization.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to drafters.
• Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional quality.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Extensive knowledge of DOB and FDNY permitting processes, ensuring compliance and efficient regulatory navigation.
• Experience managing drafting teams or workflows is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
