Job Description:
Chery Industrial is in search of a proactive and resourceful administrative professional to deliver comprehensive assistance to the CEO and the NY headquarters, ensuring the streamlined execution of daily office functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive initiative, organizational skills, unwavering diligence, acute attention to detail, and efficiency.


Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct office services, such as third-party services and housekeeping, to aid office operations.
Manage email correspondence by organizing and filtering incoming messages effectively.
Handle incoming mail and oversee deliveries while maintaining an organized system for sorting.
Collaborate with the IT department to address and resolve employee concerns regarding computer systems, internet access, and telecommunications.
Perform general office duties. Inventory and order office supplies.
Support management in planning and executing speacial events. Make arrangements for luncheons, or dinners, for board meetings and organize company parties.
Manage and organize calendars efficiently. Make travel arrangements for executives, as needed.


Qualifications:
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or executive assistant roles.
Proficient in communication with a strong emphasis on both written and verbal skills.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.
Exceptional attention to detail in tasks and responsibilities.
Proven ability to manage and excel in a high-volume work environment.


Pay: $50,000-$55,000 (estimated)
