Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for US market.
2、Responsible for the company's office positions and store positions recruitment, including
recruitment channel management, interviews, salary negotiation, on-boarding the whole process of
follow-up; 、
3、Responsible for monthly payroll and ensure accuracy of payroll and timeliness
4、Work with other group subsidiaries in China HQ HR policies.
5、Conduct exit interviews, and clearance including managing disciplinary issues, grievances and
handling termination of employment cases.
6、Admin job（s including but not limit to work permit management、petty cash management and so on）

Job Requirements
1、 Familiar with local recruitment channels, manpower suppliers and labor regulations in US market;
2、 More than 3 years of human resources management work experience, skilled office software
operation;
3、 Has chain store personnel experience is preferred, good at team building and excellent
communication and coordination skills; Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities.
4、Have a good work ethic, no bad labor records in the past;
5、Fluent in English, ability to communicate in Chinese for daily work is preferred；
6、Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures in US market；
7、Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods；
8、Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
