We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of Ocean Import customer service Coordinator in our rapidly growing firm. This individual should be comfortable communicating directly with clients, especially by phone. We offer competitive medical benefits including dental/vision insurance

工作时间周一到周五：8:30-5:00
办公地点靠近Edison, NJ 08837


公司主要业务为货代物流，清关，仓库

招聘职位主要工作为Customer Service, 具体工作内容如下
· Processing document in an accurate and timely manner
· Tracking and tracing cargo to its destination
· Interacting with customers, vendors and foreign agents
· Responding in a timely manner to customer request on shipment status.
· Negotiating rates for inland trucking
· Processing invoices accurately
· Performing any other related tasks as assigned
