Warehouse Manager

As our business expands and the demand for efficient warehouse management increases, we need an experienced warehouse manager to lead our logistics team, optimize warehouse operation processes, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.


This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of the warehouse, ensuring all logistics activities meet company standards, improving customer satisfaction while reducing operating costs.


Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, including but not limited to item storage and retrieval, inventory management, and order processing.
Implement and maintain safe operating standards to ensure employee safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
Analyze warehouse operation data and develop improvement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Purchasing and Finance to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain.
Train and develop the warehouse team to improve team capabilities and performance.



Have 5-8 years of warehouse management experience, preferably those who have many years of experience in cooperating with Chinese suppliers
Excellent bilingual communication skills, able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese
Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
Proficient in operating ERP systems and warehouse management software
Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
Ability to travel regularly as part of duties
