What You Will Do: As an operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations team to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of shipments. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating with shipping lines, carriers, and other logistics partners
- Tracking and updating shipment statuses in our system
- Assisting with documentation and customs clearance processes
- Resolving issues related to shipments and providing timely updates to clients
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize operational workflows
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality

Paid: $18 - $20 per hour
