Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the human resources work in the United States, and promoted the implementation of the human resources system, process and system of the headquarters in the local area
2. Responsible for the recruitment and configuration of warehouse personnel in the United States and the construction of talent echelon
3. Familiar with American labor laws and regulations，payroll，Labor insurance
Requirements for Employment：
1、At least 1 or 2 years recruitment experience。
2、Familiar with labor law
3、Chinese can be the working language

岗位职责：
1. 负责美国的人力资源工作，推动总部的人力资源制度、流程和体系在当地的实施
2. 负责美国地区仓库人员的招聘和配置，负责人才梯队建设
3. 熟悉美国的劳动法规，薪资管理，劳动保险
录用要求：
1、至少有1-2年的招聘经验。
2、熟悉劳动法
3、可使用中文作为工作语言
