About The Role

Work Location: New York
We are looking for a system engineer familiar with Microsoft systems, the cloud, and IT networks. He / She collaborates with sales and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by vital technical decision-makers.

Day-to-day, You Will

Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Key Account Sales manager proactively scopes the technical solution, the proposal required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architectureCollaborate with Product Vendor, Services provider, and Customer to ensure the proposed solution can be delivered on time.IT and help desk support. If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards the customer’s expectations and initial proposals.

Minimum Qualification

· BS or Master in Computer Science or communications.
· At least 2-3 years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment.
· Technical solution expertise in a comparable presales/project manager role.
· Deep understanding of CISCO, Microsoft, and VMWARE products.
· CCNA/CCNP/CCIE on Switch, Router, and IP Phone, or MCSE will be in higher priority.
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
