Wang Law Office is a law firm with offices in Flushing, New York and Pasadena, California. Established for almost 20 years, Wang Law Office has since maintained an incredible track record in immigration, civil rights, and criminal defense cases. With a strong sense of justice, we fight for our clients in court, before tribunals, and administrative agencies. Our opponent is usually the government but our clients never feel like they are up against Goliath with Wang Law Office by their side. Founder Jean Wang is an accomplished lawyer who began her career working in the federal government dealing with international affairs. She worked on claims against the government at the NYS Attorney General's Office and is one of the few Asian lawyers that litigate civil rights actions against police and the federal government.

Responsibilities and Duties
Must be fluent in English and speak Mandarin Chinese. Must have lawful status to work in the U.S. Must have a bachelor's degree. Those interested should email their resume. Primarily our paralegals or legal assistants assist our attorneys in communicating with clients who are all Chinese. Other duties include: office clerical work such as scanning and filing, assisting attorneys in completing immigration forms, and drafting marketing materials in Chinese.

Qualifications and Skills
• Honest and detailed;
• Has conversational Mandarin Chinese;
• Fluent in English;
• Wants to grow with the firm;
• Wiling to relocate to California; and
• Is authorized to work in the U.S.

Benefits
• Salary starts at $18.00/hour, will increase commensurate with performance
