and responsible for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Highly Attentive to details and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Chinese & English.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with team personnel, subcontractors, and the general public.
- Excellent organization skills to manage projects and track progress.
- Willing to learn municipal filings.

Skills:
- Basic Auto-CAD (Excel, Microsoft Words)
- Preferably Chinese & English speakers
- Driver's License required
