We are looking forward to having an exceptional Hiring manager/Trainer of Vehicle Acquisition to join our Mahanttan Office. As one of the member of our acquisition team, the Hiring Manager/Trainer of Vehicle Acquisition will be responsbile for hiring qualified leads for upcoming deals, coaching and training new purchasing agents beforehead, providing Business Development Associates with necessary supports while placing new luxury vehicle orders nationwide, and assiting the whole team throughout all purchasing phases.


Outgoing, optimitic and passionate are some of the most important characters we are seeking for. Ideal candidate should also be a creative problem-solver and able to help the whole team increase overall hiring efficiency.

This position will need you to be working from Monday － Friday (9:00am － 6:00pm) in our Mahanttan Office. Background check will be ran upon successful application.

Key Responsibilities
-Hire and interview potential purchasing agents, educating them with basic industry knowledge, purchasing phases and other necessary informaiton.
-Optimize hiring posts/ads to improve overall hiring efficieny and reach targeted leads more accurately.
-Prepare and collect all necessary documents for the purchasing orders, assisting Business Development Associate with paperwork preparation and completion before and after the deals.
-Help close deals with the whole team efficiently.

Requirements
-At least 3 years of sales experience; auto sales experience is a huge plus!
-Strong communication skills. Being able to interview potential leads over the phone and give out insturcitons clearly.
-Strong sales personality and sense of humor.
-Comfortablly of speaking, handling, and socialing with various kinds of people.
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently, detail organized.
-High level of integrity and loyalty; a team player
-College degree preferred but not required
