Hiring Live-in Superintendent / 公寓管理员

The live-in building superintendent is responsible for a luxury condominium building with 185 units located in Long Island City, New York. The position will include a 1-bedroom apartment in the same building.


Overall Responsibilities: The superintendent is responsible but not limited to conduct site and facility inspections, keep common areas tidy and clean, perform regular maintenances, repairs for the building and residents, communicate and coordinate with property manager with recent building activities and incidents.


Qualifications:
· Must have 10 years or more of superintendent and/or handyman experiences.
· Knowledge of painting, electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repairs
· Familiar NYC safety restrictions
· Fluent in English
· Self-motivated and detail oriented
· Always on call in case of emergencies and immediate response for residences inquiries
· High School or higher education
· Driver's License
· Mandarin speaking
