Mid-level architectural designer/ Senior architectural designer

We are a growing innovative architectural design firm
focuses in both residential and commercial projects. We are now seeking one mid-level
architectural designer, one senior architectural designer with 3 yrs
experience and one experienced NYC Building Expeditor/office manager.

Mid-level architectural designer duties:
1.
Propose schematic design for small alteration
projects.
2.
Develop construction document set for Alt-2
& 3, coordinate with expeditor to submit applications to building
departments.
3.
Site measurement and site visit when needed.
Requirement:
1.
Bachelor degree in Architecture, or relates
field.
2.
1-3 yrs experience an architect’s office.
3.
Experience of developing full set of
construction documents.
4.
Highly motivated, organized and responsible.
5.
3D skills including Rhino, revit, Enscape,
Lumion and etc. is preferred.
6.
Strong verbal and communication skills is
preferred.

Senior architectural designer/Architect duties:
1.
Perform zoning analysis and calculation.
2.
Conduct schematic design.
3.
Coordinate and develop construction documents.
4.
Resolve plan objections and deal with building
plan examiners.
5.
Lead the team to conduct drawings to meet
deadlines.
6.
Attend client meetings when needed.
7.
Conduct site visits when needed.
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor Degree in Architecture, or relates
field.
2.
3 yrs experience in an architect’s office.
3.
Proficiency in AutoCad and other production
software.
4.
Familiar with zoning calculation; and very
familiar with NYC Building Code/Zoning code, energy code and IBC code.
5.
Knowledge of building details, technology, and construction
process.
6.
RA or PE is preferred.
7.
Responsible, professional and has great work
ethic.
