Summary:
Our Marketplace- Fresh team moves fast, highly analytical, and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for helping to drive the development, maintenance, and execution of Yamibuy Fresh activities, in managing the day to day operations of the Fresh social community groups.

Job Responsibilities:
-Building the direct to consumer business, driving implementation and execution of new promotions, site cross-sells and up-sells, maintenance of B2C accommodations sales and platforms.
Conduct community outreach to build trust among our communities and gather product feedback.
-Build out and launch campaigns to drive new user growth. Analyze campaign performance and communicate performance insights to the stakeholders.
-Provide data-driven recommendations to scale campaigns. Track, report, and present campaign performance on a regular basis.
-Help build product insights from the user perspective, in order to help influence sustainable solutions, and strengthen the connection with users.
-Understanding and striving to meet or exceed Fresh team metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service to the community groups.

Qualifications and Requirements:
-Demonstrable experience working in online communities, social media, online marketing, content creation, or equivalent.
-1-2 years of work experience in the fresh produce industry, or community management.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have strong attention to detail
-Strong verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English
-BS/BA major in Business/Marketing Preferred
