Bubble Tea Maker
Gong Cha is one of the most recognized bubble tea brands around the world. With its premium tea and quality service, Gong Cha has withheld its reputation against many existing competitors. The brand has over 1500 locations across the world.
Gong Cha Fulton Center location is looking for individuals who are able to keep up with a fast pace environment and provide superb customer service that caters to our clientele’s inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Make drinks (bubble tea/ slushes/ fruit tea…)
-Take orders and process orders. Proficiently operate POS system and catering services.
- Provide informative solutions to customer questions about our products.
- Kitchen (cooking bubble/tea, and making toppings)
- Follow the store’s protocols for opening/closing.
- Work well as a team player in order to create a cohesive workflow.
- Attention to details.
- Maintain a clean work-space by washing utensils, scrubbing counters & other areas, throwing the trash, and mopping the floor.
- Show initiatives.
- Have strong communication
Qualifications:
Cannot be current high school student currently attending high school.
Must be 18 years and older.
Working experience in other Gong Cha/Vivi Bubble Tea/ Coco/ Kong Fu Tea/ etc. is a plus
Must have consistent availability.
Must be able to work on closing shift.
Must be able to work on holiday/weekend.
Food licensed preferred, but not a must (After hired, please obtain it in predetermined timeframe, if you don’t have it).
Mandarin speaker a plus
Must be reliable.
