Business Development Representative
I. Marketing Research
• Doing market research to determine customer needs and providing information to other staff
• Determining market strategies & goals for product and service
• Researching and developing lists of potential partners
• Attract interest in products and services by advertising, networking, developing relationships and listening to feedback.
II. Preparation, Meet Business Goals
• Set goals to ensure that contract goals are met and all business team members are performing adequately.
• Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
• Follow up / info gathering from project leads on new business opportunities
• Prepare PowerPoint/Keynote presentations and capabilities decks, present our company project to potential partners
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are understood
III. Business Meeting, Negotiation
• Negotiate business and sign the cooperation contract with schools and complete the teacher training
• Meet the needs of schools by taking the time to communicate with them and understand how their business operates.
• Track the negotiation process to see potential clients through the lifetime of their partnership with us, and ensure they are satisfied every step of the way.
• Acquire new partners through networking and outreach targeted at potential new clients and related institutions
• Strategize new approaches for attracting more schools or educational institutions
• Establishing & maintaining industry contacts that lead to product development
• Schedule training with cooperated schools, education company or host families to deliver better service
任职要求
• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, (Economics, Communication, International Business), or equivalent combination of education, training.
• 1-year professional work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong in-person, phone and writing skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
• Language skills: Fluent in English
