Rental must be at least 6 months, and can be month by month after it, one month secure deposit with monthly rent must be ready once you decide to move in!
It is located across from YMCA, next to flushing high school, has three major supermarkets near by (H Mart & two Great Wall supermarket) 10-15 mins to main st, also, bus Q13, 28, 16, 20, 44, very convenient to all, safe neighthood.
