Real Estate Development Analyst Intern

Calling all college students looking for an internship! AD Realty Inc.(www.adrealtyinc.com), a small aggressive Real Estate Development and Investment company, is seeking a recent graduate or undergraduate student for part time work. We are looking for an initial 15 to 25 hours flexible hours weekly commitment, 8-10 weeks program, at our Times Square area location. This internship is unpaid, but may be used for college credit.
Reports to:

All staff, including CEO and Project Manager.

Job Duties:

Real Estate knowledge not necessary, but an interest in the field is great! We will be teaching you about forms to fill out, job site info, creative marketing, and so on. Assist with all aspects of development, including: acquisition, pre-development, design, construction team oversight and sales. Research and present solutions to project challenges. Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities across various property types and strategies. Promote our properties and
cultivating a brand. As well as any other tasks that may arise.

Requirements:

To succeed in the role, the candidate must be self-motivated, creative, ambitious, organized, and have strong time management skills and a sense of urgency for critical deadlines. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work independently and as a member of project teams. Other requirements:
Must be very proficient with Mac platform and Microsoft office.

The work will provide varied experiences, include first hand exposure to the development process.
