This is a one bedroom apt in River Park at Raritan. I have a big and clean living room to rent and I live in the bedroom. There is a public kitchen which is big and nice. The total price for this apt monthly is 1895（renting）+ 95（DirecTV and wifi）, outside assigned parking is 45 per month, parking garage is 75 per monthly. But there are plenties of visitor parking outside. You can choose free parking on visitor spot. Beside those, there is a $750 Security Deposit and a monthly insurance about 30 dollars which you need to share with me.
The amenities include outdoor pool, fitness & cardio center, clubhouse.
Utilities are residents' responsibility.
The price for living room is 895 dollars per month, looking for a nice and clean one to share this apt with me.
