I hired he for one family house, before sign up use he, he promised handle all for me as I am busy, once, paid he, he just lair, just so much other fee which other general architech company will include, fence drawing, inspection, he design use too excess iron which are claim no need at all as just a normal one family house, how can you image that cost over $ 63,000.00, just don't care of others, just want to easy for he, protect he as he wasn't any structure idea, when I find of and can't offer of so much iron for structure, he refused, he sat outside of his house to wait he long time and his wife ignore me and let me wait for long time in cold weather , another day, I almost beg he to do, he still refuse, after couple of days, he bring a so old many and can't even walk, he need to hold one side to walk so slowly, that very old man claimed he so famous and a chinese manager who work in building dept and need his consult as he had too much experience, but from his look and talk, I didn't think so at all, how much he bring a so old man and claim he was his structure enginner, I ask many times for any prove of his structure enginner, he no relied to me. all in all, just a nightmare, he don't care of customer, he just want to keep liar money from customer use any reason, I forced to hired and paid $ 4000 a structure enginner, another problem waste so much time and energy, made me and my family suffer so much of painful , in final step of getting co, he don't care and ask apply co need another $ 600, no architech will ask this except he, I email to he if charge, I file complain. then he didn't ask again, I paid too much and got a very bad design or not practical, he just put what he like, before draw, I told he many times, I don't need beautiful, just need practical, but he keep keep put some which no use or meaning to me, on second floor, he insist on putting on extra very tiny wall in diner room, but it just block light and air, when you see it, just feel very uncomfort and waste space, I need to beg contractor to remove it, after remove, just feel and look different, more light on diner room and more space. I had a painful period deal with he, waste over $ 10000 money than others, and got a no good reason, I plan to sue he, Tim Hao is a greed, selfish, poor personality, no personal ethics, he just bring me too much painful,

We decided on architect Hao after touring a few projects he did in our area. It was absolutely a pleasure to work with him.He patiently addressed all our concerns and went over the design with us numerous times to ensure that we get our 'dream house'. Needless to say our finishing result was awesome!we highly recommend Mr. Hao to anyone who is looking for a great architect.
